Abstract

Madrasahs have a strategic role in producing knowledgeable and highly moral generations, but are faced with complex challenges related to social developments, technology, and community expectations for the quality of education. Therefore, madrasah supervision needs to transform to be more effective and adaptive. This article discusses the transformation of madrasah supervision which now focuses on mentoring madrasah principals through initial assessments, developing needs-based strategies, and implementing methods such as facilitation, consultation, training, coaching, and mentoring. Technology-based approaches, such as the use of EMIS 4.0 and application-based supervision, as well as the participation of the madrasah community, also increase efficiency and transparency. The application of the principles of Integrated Quality Management (IQM) and the PDCA cycle ensures continuous improvement. The results of this transformation include improving the quality of education, data-based management efficiency, and strengthening collaboration with the madrasah community. Thus, madrasah supervision becomes more measurable, adaptive, and sustainable in improving the quality of education
